Baby Meredith Taylor was born on Tuesday, September 16, 2014. She weighed 5 pounds 11.7 ounces and was 19 inches long. Meredith's parents were told she had a very serious heart condition before she was born and she probably wouldn't be born alive, and if she was born alive, she would only live a few hours. Baby Meredith has a heart condition called HLHS (hypoplastic-left-heart-syndrome). The doctors told the family Meredith would only live a few hours. When she was born she was crying and outwardly healthy; however the doctors gave the family no hope. Meredith is still here and has been diagnosed in Charlotte at Carolinas Medical Center/Levine Children's Hospital with HLHS with Mitral Stenosis, Atrial Stenosis and a very, very large Coronary Fistula. The reversal of the arteries that feed her heart is very seldom documented, and a coronary sinusoid the size of hers has never been documented. Little Meredith is in the process of being transferred to Harvard/Boston Children's Hospital, the home of the Norwood procedure. This family is from Stuart, VA and has requested as many people pray for their sweet baby girl. She is obviously strong and already a miracle. They so appreciate everyone's prayers.

Please remember the family of Darrell Haymore, who lost his battle with ALS yesterday. Darrell's wife, Denya, was a friend of mine in college, and they are members of Gospel Baptist Church in Greensboro. They have praised God through this entire battle. Please pray for peace for Denya and the rest of the family as they deal with the loss of a loved one.

To All Prayer Warriors - Tim will be going in tomorrow morning for his 5th back surgery. We are hoping this surgery will relive his pain and help him to get around better. I ask for prayer that will guide the surgeon's hands a as he performs the surgery and that the recovery will go smoothly so that he is spared excessive pain. Also, please pray for our family and give us strength during this time. Thanks to everyone

A good friend of mine is really going through a lot right now. His wife is going through severe postpartum depression and recently attempted suicide as well as making some very hurtful comments that no one should have to hear. She's currently in the hospital recovering but has a long long road ahead of her. They have 2 beautiful little girls and all need your prayers as it's not a good situation at all.
