Torrey Goard

Guest Services and Events Coordinator

Torrey has been part of OBC for several years, serving in almost every capacity. She has served in Preschool, Kids, Middle School and for special events. She has led the same girls small group since 2015. Torrey joined our staff in 2021 after working at UNC Rockingham for 22 years as the Director of Volunteer Services. Torrey is amazing at making every event feel organized and plans everything with excellence. She truly loves what she does and it is very evident when you walk into OBC and see everything from greeters to ushers to event decorations! 

Torrey graduated with honors from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Torrey and her husband, Jeff, have been married since 1999 and have 2 kids Sage and Lakelynn (and Scout, their beloved yorkie!). Torrey and her family are huge Carolina Tar Heel fans and enjoy going to games with friends and family.
