Adam Philpott

Ministry Associate

Adam grew up in Rockingham County and went to college at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry and Preaching. He has attended OBC since preschool and has volunteered in various ministries throughout his time here. He says he was formed and discipled by the community and leaders here at OBC and is grateful to do ministry with and serve the people he loves! He joined our staff in August 2024 as a Ministry Associate and is excited to minister to OBC in many different ways. He loves preaching the Word of God, helping people know and love Jesus more, and teaching people how to make Jesus known in everything they do.
